ماژول افزاینده ولتاژ XL6009
ماژول XL6009 یک ماژول تبدیل DC به DC افزاینده ولتاژ است. نسخه قبلی این ماژول از LM2577 و این نسخه از XL6009E1 استفاده می‌کند.XL6009E1 یک تراشه افزاینده وکاهنده ولتاژ است.
محدوده ورودی آن گسترده و از 3 تا 32 ولت است. محدوده خروجی از 5 تا 35 ولت است. ولتاژ خروجی با استفاده از پتانسیومتر روی برد قابل تنظیم است.
فرکانس سوییچینگ این رگولاتور ولتاژ 400 کیلو هرتز است که این امکان را به وجود می‌آورد از خازن کوچک‌تر در خروجی استفاده شود و ریپل (Ripple) کمتر شود. سوییچ ماسفت 4 آمپر داخلی آن باعث افزایش کارایی تا 94% می‌شود (در LM2577 سوییچ 3 آمپر بود).
ماژول رگولاتور DC به DC افزاینده دارای حفاظت اتصال کوتاه، خاموش‌شدن حرارتی و محدودکننده جریان است.
با طراحی فشرده و راندمان تبدیل بالا، ماژول XL6009 معمولاً برای تغذیه دستگاه ها یا قطعاتی که به ولتاژ بالاتری نسبت به منبع تغذیه موجود نیاز دارند، استفاده می شود. این ماژول مجهز به ولتاژ خروجی قابل تنظیم، محدودیت جریان و ویژگی‌های حفاظتی است، این ماژول برای کاربردهای مختلف مانند تغذیه نمایشگرهای LED، موتورها، سنسورها و سایر مدارهای الکترونیکی مناسب است.

XL6009 DC-DC Step Up Boost Converter 5 – 32V to 5 – 35V (Max 4A)
The XL6009 module is a DC to DC BUCK-BOOST converter module that operates at a switching frequency of 400kHz. In such high frequency, it provides smaller sized filter components compared with low frequency switching regulators. It is the upgraded version of the LM2577 based module.
The module uses the second generation of high-frequency switching technology XL6009E1 core chip performance than the first generation technology LM2577. XL6009 boost module at a lower cost, superior performance.
The XL6009-Adj based DC-DC step-up module offers 4A of rated current from a 3 – 32V of the input voltage. The power module has a potentiometer to adjust the output voltage according to the user needs.
Although the module uses a PCB based heat sink it is recommended to use an additional heat sink if the output power rating exceeds 15W. The module also offers a very high conversion efficiency of less than 94% with a 0.5% load regulation that can be an excellent choice for audio electronics-related products. Higher conversion efficiency enables battery-operated applications as well.
Users can adjust the potentiometer to get the output voltage from 5V to 35V. However, the higher input voltage offers higher load current capabilities.
